A Message From Jill Summer 2009
Please join me for my one day, weekend or week long sessions. Ecole de Cuisine , the school of cooking, was founded in 1988, named in honor of the three schools I attended in Paris; Ecole de Cuisine LaVarenne, Ecole Lenotre and Ecole de Cuisine Ritz Escoffier. The tag line 'Professional Cooking for the Home Chef' was created to differentiate my school from the culinary trade schools in a magazine as we are one of first recreational cooking schools in the country. My school was designed specifically for the home cook with the professional style cooking courses that I experienced in Paris. It is with great respect for all of those schools that I will always keep Ecole de Cuisine an authentic cooking school, true to the traditions of classic French cooking. My schools in Wisconsin and Chicago are closed and my events are now being conducted at venues throughout the country. I hope to see you this year.
