Janelle Weaver brings a breath of fresh air to the culinary world. Dedicated to her craft rather than looking for fame she brings those all important artisan qualities to her kitchens. She is a self proclaimed ‘recluse’ choosing to forage in the woods for mushrooms, harvest mountain honey, plan new herb gardens and create meals using the wealth of foods grown on the Kuleto Estate Winery in the hills of the Napa Valley. Janelle is the winery’s executive chef. Her passion for life and nature is evident and reflected in her cooking. We certainly do not find the friendly and passionate Janelle to be a recluse at all but rather a master at her craft and a true artisan dedicated to her field. You can experience Janelle’s cooking as a member of Kuleto’s wine club at their special events.

Everything from length, height, width, color, wood type, thickness of tabletop, and number of boards are hand picked by you. Jill was so pleased with the handcrafted furniture Dean made for her home that she commissioned him to make 5 extra large tables and 30 chairs for her former Chicago school.

Jill Prescott's Ecole de Cuisine official china pattern is Washington. You will see it pictured on the cover of her cookbook, inside the cookbook as well as in many scenes on her televison series.

While working in a small resturant in Provence Jill fell in love with the olive oil, lavender and honey of the south of France. Last year she discovered the Rock Hill Estates in the Napa Valley which produces exceptional organic products using sustainable farming methods. They have lavender pillows, stuffed teddy bears , a whole array of wonderful items for gift giving in addition to their culinary products.

This is one of our favorite artisans in the Napa Valley! No he doesn't have a restaurant or a winery but he certainly knows where they all are! Tab has been a 'Napan' all his life and knows the valley inside and out. He restores 1947 Packard's that are exquisitely appointed. Travel through the valley in style on a glorious day of winery visits. You will meet Tab on all of our tours or may engage him on your own. Jill was treated to a tour of the valley last Autumn with Tab as her escort. Jill and Tab became instant friends with Jill using his services on all of her weeklong or weekend tours.

Founder of Ecco Bella, Sally Malanga, has created a products(s) that is amazing. She began her business in her garage striving to create an all natural product! Mission accomplished as she has a varoety of all natural, no animal tested products. She invented a room spray that smells so good you will think you are stolling through a Florida orange grove. She created the scent using natural oils of the orange. There is no obnoxious chemical smell partially masked by sickening chemically grown flower smells but rather an amazing scent of fresh orange zest, one of my favorite scents in the kitchen. This prodect is light years ahead of those nasty grocery store spray cans. In addition it lasts forever, over 2,000 sprays per bottle. I have not tried the other scents but assure you that the citrus is amazing. So on day when your saute of salmon is lingering in your home beyond dinner use Ecco Bella Orange!
