Janelle Weaver brings a breath of fresh air to the culinary world. Dedicated to her craft rather than looking for fame she brings those all important artisan qualities to her kitchens. She is a self proclaimed ‘recluse’ choosing to forage in the woods for mushrooms, harvest mountain honey, plan new herb gardens and create meals using the wealth of foods grown on the Kuleto Estate Winery in the hills of the Napa Valley. Janelle is the winery’s executive chef. Her passion for life and nature is evident and reflected in her cooking. We certainly do not find the friendly and passionate Janelle to be a recluse at all but rather a master at her craft and a true artisan dedicated to her field. You can experience Janelle’s cooking as a member of Kuleto’s wine club at their special events.
